Tim Peterson had invited me to join him and a number of friends at the 2006 Austin Carnaval being held at the new Austin Expo Center.

The night before the party I cooked some food for the Crocketts and Krista helped me to design and build the mask that I ultimately wore. I took the project a step further and added some electricity allowing for the eyes and mouth to light up.

This photo appears to have been taken at a very lively party with a lot of young people. There is an attractive brown-haired young man at the center of the photo. He has on a silvery colored shirt that is completely unbuttoned in front showing off his chest. Around his neck, he has a medium long white cord with some yellow pendants. Behind him, is a young lady in a thin-strapped low-cut blouse or dress. She is noticeable for wearing silvery eye makeup and having some silver symbols pained on her forehead. She appears to have some symbols painted on her forehead. There is another young girl in the foreground who has orange-pinkish hair-either had her hair colored or wearing a wig. Another young woman has a layered hair-do with what appears to be red barettes in her hair. All in all, it looks like a fraternity party gone wild.
