This is an vacant room of a house that someone has just moved from. The land lord has not yet prepared it for new tenants, and the old tenants were careless with their belongings. There are holes and dirt on the walls. The house is old, because the flooring and baseboards are of an older time. There is no cable outlet. The switch covers do not match the paint, either.
