Refining the Easel Legs
Austin, TX

Once I gave all of the easel legs a sufficient amount of time to dry, I started cleaning them up.

While some of this will need to be done using my table saw, I primarily just used my planer to make each of the legs square, remove the excess glue, and ensure that the widths of the walnut are all the same.

What was leftover was an almost 2 pound bag of walnut shavings.

I still have a lot of inlay work to do for my design, but the legs couldn't look more beautiful for this stage.
