 SD-14 Republican Convention Austin, TX The Travis County Senate District 14 Republican convention of 2008. Being the Ron Paul supporter that I have been (despite his lack of great polling), I manage to get myself elected at my precinct caucus to the senatorial convention. All in all the convention took just under 14 hours and although we didn't accomplish everything that we had hoped to, we had a pretty strong showing.
