 White Sands, NM White Sands, NM White Sands, New Mexico is home to the world's largest Gypsum sand dunes. Tracy and I only wound up spending a few hours in the state park, but we got to take plenty of pictures of the interesting formations, see a few desert creatures, and also got to take some videos of kids sledding down the sand dunes.
