Krista Playing Hockey Shortly after getting back from my business trip to London, I met up with Crockett at the old Austin Expo Center to see Krista play some hockey.
Marnie and Alex I can't recall exactly why Marnie was dressed up like she was, it either had something to do with a costume party or a theater rehearsal. In any event, they wound up being some good pictures of her.
Moving to Wellington One of those many airplane albums that I am so fond of making. Tisa and I had recently gotten back to Dunedin after our two weeks with my family and now it was finally time to move to the capital city, Wellington.
Flying N4951A at Lockhart (50R) Dustin and I had been planning to do some collaborative flying for weeks and weeks and on this particular occasion it finally panned out. Dustin picked up the plane at Austin Bergstrom (ABIA) (KAUS) and flew it down to Lockhart (50R). He flew the pattern for about 30 minutes or so while I made my way down there. I then took over and flew the pattern three times before parking and taking us both into town to eat some BBQ at Blacks. When we finished up, I flew the pattern for about another hour before switching with Dustin once more and letting him take the plane back to Austin.
Someone's Waterproof Camera After Dave and I had taken a cruise through the Lake of the Ozarks Party Cove on the jet ski (a daring adventure no doubt), we came across someone's single-use waterproof camera floating atop the surface. I don't know what most people would do after stumbling across such a treasure, but I naturally picked it up, shot the remaining exposures, and then took it to be developed. So if you're wondering who some of the people are in the photos, half of the gallery is consistent with the rest of our pictures, half of it, is not. I'm assuming most people will guess which half is mine. On a different note, should you happen to know the people in this gallery, please shoot me an email.
Pumpkin Carving 2005 An ongoing tradition of pumpkin carving, these were the pumpkins that we came up with for the 2005 carving year. As always, our carving was done at the Crockett's house.
SprintPCS Pictures 2007 My collection of pictures from the 2007 calendar year with my Sprint PCS camera phone. Like most of my [album=486]2006 PCS pictures[/album], these pictures happen to be embedded the metadata and thus the date and timestamps should be accurate. I also wanted to point out that [photo=19299-485]this photo[/photo] is the definition of WHY we should always have a camera handy.
SprintPCS Pictures 2006 My collection of pictures from the 2006 calendar year with my Sprint PCS camera phone. Fortunately the camera that I was using for almost the entirety of this year happened to be one that embedded the metadata into photos and so the date and timestamps should be accurate.
SprintPCS Pictures 2005 Some more of the earlier cell phone pictures that I took. Although the camera that I had at this time was fantastic for shooting pictures and video (at least at the time), I was surprised to find many years later (when putting this archive together) that none of the photos had been tagged with metadata. Unfortunately for the bulk (if not all) of the photos in this album, the date and timestamps are not available.
SprintPCS Pictures 2004 All of the pictures that I shot on my very first camera phone. Unfortunately this camera didn't keep any of the meta-data and so I don't have much to go with regarding when these pictures were shot. The only positive thing is that Sprint kept the filenames in order and so I have SOME logical reference.
