Austin Film Studio Party After Corky and I attended the premiere of Machete at the Paramount, we were invited to attend the red-carpet party at Austin Film Studios. Corky and I took a few pictures with some of the cars that were used in the movie.
Fishing with Dick My dad and grandfather took my brother and I deep sea fishing off the coast of St. Augustine. We caught tons of barracuda and one giant amberjack.
Video Games I used to try and take pictures of the television and of video games so that I could get better at it. It sounds a little stupid, but it's generally difficult to take good pictures of a television set given the way scan lines work. This was particularly difficult before digital photography because I was working with a limited number of shots and of course had to pay for each frame. The reason this was necessary was for taking pictures of video game accomplishments; I was a big fan of sending things off to Nintento Power Magazine.
Taco Cabana Senior Year About a month before we graduated from high school, me and a bunch of my friends were out drinking at Taco Cabana (on Mason Road) and I just happened to have my camera out with me.
Building my Array Some pictures that I shot of the Synology RS-411 that I purchased. I had to setup a secondary network at home to get the system working, and worst of all, the system failed after getting it all setup. After discussing the situation extensively with Synology, it turns out I have a defective model.
More Server Shots Just a few more shots of the server farm after experimenting with the Synology. Unfortunately the device hasn't been working and so had to be removed from the farm altogether.
Klaus College Graduation I went with Klaus' family to attend his graduation from the University of Texas School of Liberal Arts. Klaus got this degree in history.
